The Experience
This work is offered as an intimate one-on-one experience and is currently available as a 4-week journey. Through the guidance of the ARIYAH Framework, we create a dedicated space for reflection, healing, and growth, with personalized support every step of the way.
My Intention
My role is not to tell you who to become, but to support you in remembering who you are and creating a life that feels aligned with your values, dreams, and authentic self.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, uncertainty, or patterns that no longer support the life you want to create. Through a combination of self-awareness, mindset work, and energetic practices, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, gain clarity, and move forward with greater alignment and confidence.
Together, we create space for healing, growth, and lasting transformation, so you can live with more peace, purpose, and authenticity.
Energy Healing
Everything is energy. Our bodies are made of molecules and atoms, and at every level, we vibrate at a different frequency. While these vibrations are subtle, they influence our overall state of being and can be reflected in the emotional, mental, and physical challenges we experience when life become unbalanced.
We are not separate from what surrounds us. The state of our mind, body, and energy shapes our quality of our lives and influences how we experience relationships, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Energy healing is an ancient practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. It helps release blockages, clear stagnant patterns, and bring the whole self into alignment. Some advanced modalities work at deeper levels, supporting the release of inherited patterns, unresolved trauma, and energetic imprints that may influence our lives.
Meet Grinia
Grinia bridges two worlds that most people are taught to keep separate - science and spirituality.
She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and brings over 10 years of experience in the life science sector. But alongside that career, she has carried a lifelong connection with the unseen energies that shape our lives.
That connection deepened through her own healing journey. From humble beginnings in a small town in Brazil, Grinia found herself at MIT completing her post doctorate, while quietly doing the inner work of healing from trauma and anxiety. It was through living that path — holding both worlds at once — that her gifts fully came alive. She became a Usui Reiki Master and a Star Magic Healing Facilitator.
Ariyah was born from that journey. It is a space for those who are ready to become the protagonist of their own lives, rooted in who they truly are.
The Ariyah journey combines personal growth with energetic alignment bringing lasting transformation in all areas of life.
